Striking Images is a family owned business. We do not operate a large studio with a staff of photographers and office staff. In that, there are many benefits. To begin with you will not be paying extra for "fluff". Our pricing is competitive in the marketplace, with emphasis placed on exceptional quality. Plus, you'll be dealing directly with the owner. This is very important when it comes to conveying your ideas regarding your photographic desires. Most importantly, our reputation in the business is paramount. Without your complete satiisfaction, this cannot be achieved. There is nothing we won't do to accommodate you.
While being at the apex of his career, this gives Rich a distinct advantage. Seasoned enough to rely on his photographic experience, but still young enough to be willing to try new techniques to incorporate into his repertoire, enabling him to create images that are fresh, exiciting, and beautiful!
In fact, many prospective clients often ask, "What should I look for in a professional?". The answer simply put...print quality, personality, and price. Now you might think, as do many shopping for a photographer, price first. While there are many areas in photography that are equally important. Price should probably come towards to end of the list. For example, if you were in need of a medical professional, your going to look for the most experienced individual possible. Experience, techniques used, and reputation would most likely be most important. Although this may seem a little different, there are parallels. Photography is an art, a learned skill, with techniques some never master. Unique to the individual. Geared by the vision and experience of the photographer and the desires of the client. Not by the price they paid. Each client experience is an opportunity for us to grow, with no less than 150% effort put forth, and to exceed each clients expectations.
Whether you are a bride to be, the proud parent of a graduating senior, or maybe the owner of a new pet. Rich will see to it the you enjoy the experience. His experience is customer relations has taught him that every client is different, as are their personalities. Some clients could go to Hollywood in front of a camera, no problem. Most aren't quite ready. Comic relief is often the answer. It's different for each situation. So relax, whether you've got a freshman, or a first grader, a ferret or a Weimeriner, or 25 in your bridal party, Rich has seen it before.
